School Improvement Plans
Report was made that no later than May 18, 2016, the School District of the City of York will make (or will have made) available for public inspection and comment the School Improvement plans for Davis, Devers, Ferguson, Goode, Hannah Penn, Jackson, McKinley and William Penn which have been developed for submission and approval by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and for implementation as required by Sections 4.13(d) and 12.41(a) and 16.4 of the State Board of Education Regulations and, further, of the Board of School Directors' intention to approve the School Improvement plans at its regularly scheduled Board Meeting on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. No later than May 18, 2016, the School Improvement plans will be placed on the school district's website for public inspection and on file for public inspection in the school district's business office, 31 North Pershing Avenue, during regular business hours. Written comments should be directed to the Secretary of the Board at the address listed above.
General Fund Budget
By motion of Mr. Michael Miller and seconded by Ms. Lois Garnett, it was resolved that the attached 2016-2017 Preliminary General Fund Budget be adopted for public inspection with intended Final General Fund Budget adoption on June 22, 2016, and it be advertised according to law and made available immediately for public inspection in the School District of the City of York Administration Building, 31 North Pershing Avenue, York, Pennsylvania.
