City of York residents seeking to make comments during the Special Meeting should enter via Zoom. City of York residents not seeking to make comments should view the meeting using the YouTube link. We are restricted to 100 visitors on the Zoom video conferencing platform. The link to view the livestreams can be found on the District Homepage.
In order to make comments during the meeting, you must fill out a Registration Form which can be found on the District Homepage. Upon completion of the form, you will be emailed a meeting ID and password in order to join the meeting via Zoom. If you do not receive your meeting ID and password by 5:00 PM on the day of the meeting, please email Mrs. Jessica Althoff, Director of Technology, at althojes@ycs.k12.pa.us for assistance. (Please note - passwords and meeting IDs will be sent before 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting).
In addition, City of York residents wishing to share comments to be read during the Regular Meeting may email the comments to Ms. Lori Ferrell, Board Secretary, at ferrelor@ycs.k12.pa.us. Emails must be received by 5:00 PM on the day of the meeting and must include the name and address of the City of York resident.
