On Wednesday, September 28th, we celebrated Family First Health’s 25th anniversary with the School District of the City of York. Their facility is conveniently located in Hannah Penn K-8. Family First Health had a goal to increase access to healthcare in a very targeted way. They offer families in the Hannah Penn neighborhood access to health care that they may not otherwise have. The Hannah Penn-based Health Center currently serves 30% of Hannah Penn K-8 students as primary care patients.
