On Monday, May 20, 2024, the last Faith-Based Meeting of the 2023-2024 school year was held at the Central Administration Building. The Faith-Based committee is a group committed to meeting monthly to discuss the progress of the district, students, and families. The meeting is not only open to pastors, but to all church clergy/leaders who are able to provide supports to the schools and then take the information discussed at the meetings back to your congregation.
There were 19 Faith-Based members in attendance, including some Administration staff. The agenda consisted of Superintendent Updates, an Enrollment Report, and Pathways to Graduation. During the meeting, Faith-Based members were able to ask questions, put forth ideas and/or voice their concerns about things in the district that they would like to see improve. It was a great school year! We are excited for what is to come for our Faith-Based group next school year!
