Family First Health is excited to open our new school-based health center at William Penn Senior High School! Our first day of patient care is Monday, September 23. We will have a primary medical care provider (Alicia Shuey, MHS, PA-C) and a behavioral health consultant (Helen Madea, LCSW) available to treat students at the school during school hours. Additionally, we have a group of support staff assisting with patient care. Students need to be registered to receive care by having their parent/guardian sign off on a registration form.
Flyers will be distributed with the QR code link in the coming weeks so students can be registered and then make an appointment. Students may be seen for a variety of reasons, including: immunizations, physical exams (school, sports, work, etc.), preventive care, chronic care management, family planning, and behavioral health support. We are located near the cafeteria in the former home-ec room. Thank you for your support of this new service for students. If you have any questions, please reach out to Amy Chamberlin at achamberlin@familyfirsthealth.org. Thank you!
