Starting Friday, March 21, 2025, William Penn Senior High School will begin sending automated attendance notifications to keep you informed about your student’s attendance.

If your student is marked absent or late to school, you will receive a text message notification midmorning. This is a new system designed to help families stay updated in real time.

We encourage you to continue monitoring the Sapphire Parent Portal for period attendance updates throughout the day. If you need to report an absence, you can do so quickly through the Sapphire Parent Portal by clicking "Attendance," selecting "Submit Absence Excuse," filling out the required details, and submitting the form.
