Last evening, our Hannah Penn staff in collaboration with Special Education Supervisor, Gina Chroniger, hosted their first Harmony Night: A Sensory-Friendly Family Experience at Hannah Penn PreK-8.
Families shared a meal together, connected with staff, and got a glimpse into a day in the life of a specialized support classroom, highlighting the intentional supports and meaningful learning experiences that fill these spaces every day. The Office of Special Education also introduced their BRIDGE Parent Group, creating another pathway for families to connect, have a voice, and build community together.
From hands-on fun to a sensory-friendly dance, it was a night full of smiles, understanding, and belonging.
