In partnership with Communities In Schools Pennsylvania, students had the opportunity to explore the Nursing Program at York College of Pennsylvania with hands-on activities including working with a simulation mannequin, swaddling babies, infection control, first aid, and CPR.

Celebrating Our Foster Grandparents!
We are proud to recognize the incredible volunteers of the Foster Grandparent Program who were recently honored at a special appreciation luncheon!
These dedicated individuals give their time, hearts, and wisdom to support students at Devers PreK-8, Ferguson PreK-8, Goode PreK-8, Hannah Penn PreK-8, Jackson PreK-8, and McKinley PreK-8. From helping with reading, writing, and math to offering encouragement and care, their presence makes a lasting impact in our classrooms.

An amazing group of teachers at McKinley PreK-8 recently hosted PSSA Boot Camp, with over 30 students in attendance. Students in grades 3-8 participated in strategy practice, collaborative discussions, movement activities, partner work, and overall preparation to build their success for the PSSA tests!
