Reprogram York Highlight ✨
The School District of the City of York has recently partnered with Reprogram York to offer Therapeutic Arts Based enrichment programming for our students participating in the Bearcat Opportunities Program.
During a recent session with local yoga specialist, Christy Millek, our students had the opportunity to practice movement and breathing exercises, while learning about the power of being present and finding balance on the mat. 🧘♀️🧘 Stay tuned for more highlights!
