The William Penn Senior High School Student Services Team will be hosting Summer School Registration Events to assist families with registering their student(s) for summer school credit recovery courses. The Summer School Program is open to students in grades 9-12. Registration can be completed online or in-person!

In-Person Registration Sessions:

To close out the concert season, our Bearcat musicians did an excellent job performing at their recent Combined Elementary School Spring Concert! The Combined Chorus, Band, and Orchestra students showcased their hard work, dedication, and passion for the arts.

Families of Seniors are invited to attend the upcoming William Penn Senior High School Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2026! The ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Smalls Athletic Field with a rain date of Friday, May 29, 2026. Families can arrive as early as 4:30 PM. This is a ticketed event only. Families and friends can plan to access the livestream on the day of the event.

*Tickets will be given to each Graduating Senior!*

Last night, our middle school musicians took the stage for a remarkable Spring Concert! The Combined Chorus, Band, and Orchestra students delivered an outstanding performance for our Bearcat community. A highlight of the evening was the recognition of our 8th grade music students as they prepare to take the next step in their journey next school year.

This year’s William Penn Senior High School MiniTHON was a great success! Thanks to the incredible efforts of the WPSHS MiniTHON Club and National Honor Society, the event was filled with energy, inspiration, and fun from start to finish. A grand total of $4,202 was raised this year for Four Diamonds, making a meaningful impact in the fight against childhood cancer.

A special highlight of the event occurred during Family Hour. During this time, WPSHS 10th grade student, A’Niah Butler, courageously shared her personal journey of battling cancer while receiving treatment at Penn State Hershey Hospital. A’Niah’s story truly embodies the mission and heart behind MiniTHON.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this year’s event!

April is National Bilingual/Multilingual Learner Advocacy Month!

Our district would like to celebrate our Bilingual Staff who play a vital role in making our school buildings feel inclusive, welcoming, and connected. By bridging communication between families and staff, they help ensure every student has the support they need to succeed. Their work goes far beyond translation—they build relationships, foster understanding, and strengthen our entire Bearcat community.
